Difficulties that we encounter for ourselves, with others or in an organized structure are often a pebble in the shoe that we get used to but which in the long run leave traces.
To remove this small pebble, the methodology is identical each time. First of all, observe the discomfort by paying full attention to it and identify in what way it is a discomfort. Then, qualify the action to be taken to remedy the problem. Finally, oriente future actions to prevent it from happening again and ensure that it does. oQo is the trigram of this recipe.
With oQo, I assist you with knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills and experience, acquired in industry and public or private research, start-ups but also on an individual level, with a common point: listening, patience, passion to transmit and share.

It was in 2017, after 25 years spent in the world of lasers and their applications that I decided to leave the world of photonics to live and.... be differently.
With a wealth of experience in laser physics and their applications, in design, prototyping, testing, procurement, manufacturing, delay, delivery, installation, failure, repair, quality, standards, contracts, negotiation, loyalty, sales, alone or in a team ... I decided to go ... to India. The land of my ancestors. To connect myself with it, with, I will understand it later, human values of listening, sharing and benevolence. The expression of what animates me in life.
On my return, several projects materialize, such as :
Co-organizing yoga retreats by ensuring the preparation of meals.
At the same time, caught up by a first startup using lasers to produce its own products, I decided to accept to assit them by joining their supervisory board. They will entrust me with my first flash frog audit. Then I was offered a judicial expertise mission (encouraging me to register with the Bordeaux Court of Appeal), followed by a flash frog mission from another startup in transition, and an internal audit support mission.
A common point for these different missions and activities became obvious. Each of them involves me in identifying difficulties and then helping to resolve them. But how do I communicate this idea to support what I know is in difficulty? Then I remember my marathon training sessions where I had difficulty stopping to remove the small stone from my shoe so as not to lose the timing (a well laced shoe requires that you stop running for a moment to remove the stone, then another time to put it back on, before starting again). Although I knew this, I kept on running, sometimes ending up injured. Without really concentrating on my workout, I kept this pebble problem in mind. Then I would forget about it until the next session and reassure myself that it didn't happen often or that it wasn't a big deal. Looking back, it happened all the time. I wouldn't run with my shoes laced up enough. The habit of putting them on without undoing the laces had deformed them. Laziness or the easy way out was the root cause of the problem. I then opted for elastic laces.
